Early Bird registration checks must be received by August 5, 2011. All other payments must be received by September 8, 2011. Cancellation Policy

Written cancellations must be received by our office by Friday, September 2, 2011, in order to receive a full refund less a $50 administrative fee. After September 2nd, no refunds will be issued.
