Get Ready for the 7th Annual Print & Media Conference!

October 8-10th, 2012 at McCormick Place in Chicago

We’re headed back to Chicago for our 7th Annual Print & Media Conference! The synergy with Graph Expo was so dynamic that we are more than excited to co-locate with them again this year. We can assure you that this conference will be of interest to all printer buyers, designers and marketers who want to stay ahead of the curve. Registration is online and easy: you can attend for 1, 2 or all 3 days!

Sponsorship Opportunities

We only have space for 25 sponsors in our sponsor center this year, so JUMP on this opportunity today to secure your spot. Every sponsor gets a 6′ draped table, two tickets to the full PBI Conference, a personal introduction at the show by Margie Dana, pre- and post-conference attendee list, and much more.

Why Sponsor the 2012 PBI Print & Media Conference?

What better answer than to read what some of our current sponsors have to say…

“BCT is a sponsor for PBI Print & Media 2012 because we want print buyers to know who we are and what we can do for them….and PBI is THE industry’s association for Print Buyers.”

Pete Posk, President, BCT Online

“The PBI Print and Media conference has been a valued event for Trend Offset Printing because of two very important elements. The first is the ability to learn about key trends and issues that are a concern to our customers, which is extremely important so that we can stay ahead and provide innovative solutions. The second is that we have found that your conference is great forum to meet and exchange ideas with a cross section of the Print and Marketing segment.”

Nick Patrissi, National Director of Marketing and Business Development, Trend Offset Printing

“It is important to Vision to be active members of associations and groups that benefit and strengthen our industry. With Margie leading the way, we know it is sure to be another great networking and information-packed event.”

Joan Patrick, Director of Marketing, Vision Integrated Graphics Group

“Understanding the ever-changing challenges and desires of print buyers gives Fujifilm excellent insight into the needs of our customers’ customers. Furthermore, the content presented is always thought provoking and insightful.

“Margie does a terrific job of guiding group discussions into fruitful conversations about the latest challenges and opportunities our industry has to offer. We look forward to the Fall PBI conference each and every year.”

Matt Sisson, Fujifilm

15 Sensational Sessions

The conference proper runs for two days, with concurrent sessions interspersed with keynotes, Brainstorming sessions, meals, energy breaks, and time in the PBI Sponsor Center. New for 2012: Color Management Workshop!

On Monday, October 8th, from 9 am till 12 noon, Daniel Dejan of Sappi Fine Paper will lead a Color Management Workshop at the same location. More information about this exciting workshop is available on the Color Management Workshop page. We’re offering this Workshop in lieu of a Boot Camp this year. Attendees have been clamoring for more color management education from Daniel Dejan for several years.

Register today! You can attend all 3 days – or a combination of them. We offer group discounts for 3 or more from the same firm, too.

Last Year’s Success

If you had any doubts about coming to the event, here’s a sampling of some of the fantastic feedback from both attendees and sponsors after recent PBI conferences:

“Just wanted to say the event was a great educational, and fun, opportunity to learn more about motivations, issues, challenges and concerns for Print Buyers, marketers, printers and the bunch! Thank you for putting together a wonderful event. It was a huge success and I’ll look forward to the next one.”

Cynthia Sech,Unisource Atlanta

“You and the PBI staff were awesome! Thanks so much for your hospitality. I appreciated your attention to details. See you next year!”

Joe Leist, Sales Director, Fulfillment Concepts Inc.

“What a great show!! As I said to you at McCormick Place, this (and the one in May) are truly the best shows that I have attended in years. The audience is dead on for what we do, and the speakers are phenomenal – and Frank Romano could be his own show. Your brainstorming session is one of the highlights to me, as it really brings about topics that we should all be aware of and gives all of us differing viewpoints.”

Tom Harris, President, Catalog Innovations

“Thank you for another great event! We made some great contacts and are very impressed with the quality and caliber of your events. It is a real pleasure to work with you.

Joan Patrick, Director of Marketing, Vision Integrated Graphics
